The Admissions Process: 2nd through 8th Grades
Entering Grades Two through Eight
For the 2011-2012 School Year
The admissions process for students applying to grades 2-8 for the 2011-2012 school year involves the following steps:
- Visit the school for a tour
- In addition to the Application and Information Sheet, parents submit the two most recent report cards and standardized test results.
- The applicant spends a day in the All Saints’ classroom of his/her current grade
- Applicants to rising grades 3 through 8 take the admissions test
- Parents attend an interview with the Admissions Director.
Admissions notifications for applicants currently in process will be made on March 10th, 2011. After that date, notifications will be made upon completion of the admissions process.

8:15 - 10:30 AM
- Attend morning Chapel
- Observe classrooms
- Visit with administrators, students, faculty, and parents
- Tour the campus
For Families
Saturday, January 29, 2011
10 AM – noon, Program & Tour
- Tour the campus
- Visit with administrators, faculty, students, and parents
- Participate in hands-on curricular activities
The application deadline for notification by March 10th is February 4, 2011. Applications are accepted after that date, screenings will be scheduled based on space availability, and admissions decisions will be made following completion of the admissions process.
